Apparently, President-Elect Obama has quite a bit of money left over after the campaign. Why? Perhaps, he was going to use this in case he lost the election by a small margin to pay some of the 39,000 lawyers that volunteered to look into any voting irregularities. And although that is only speculation, that is one plausible explanation. What are your thoughts on this question;
What Should Obama Do With All the Left Over Millions of Dollars from His Campaign? What would you do with that kind of money? Donate it to charity? Give it back to those who donated it, citizens who can barely afford to pay their bills, but found a way to give a little?
One poor lady, I met asked; "Why not re-distribute it to people running for city council regardless of party in all the little towns and cities across America?" No, you say; why, you ask? Well, simple they want to keep the money for the war chest. But if someone is really interested in "spreading around the wealth a little" or "re-distributing the wealth" then this lady makes a very good point indeed.
President Obama has raised more money for his campaign than any other candidate in the history of mankind; it was a phenomenal campaign and public relations achievement. Now he is President and now a few folks, some political opponents, some very loyal supporters are asking what is he going to do with the spoils of victory?
Will he donate the money, spread the wealth a little or re-distribute it to the poor? Inquiring minds wish to know, so think on this.
